Peter Duffield (Principal)

Peter Duffield is the principal of Duffield & Associates Solicitors. Peter Duffield has significant experience in major national law firms and was admitted to practice in Queensland during November 1997.
Peter Duffield is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia and is also admitted to practice as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Peter is also admitted to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Peter Duffield gained his broad education from universities all around Australia.

David Brotchie
David practices significantly in Family Law and Relationship Law and also in general civil and commercial litigation.
David has undertaken many parenting and property settlement cases. David has dual degrees in Arts and Law from Queensland University of Technology.
Gemma Busch
Gemma practises primarily in Family Law and Relationship Law.
Gemma has significant experience with parenting cases involving children and matters relating to child protection. Gemma has also undertaken many cases involving property settlement matters. Gemma holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Law from the University of Canterbury (NZ).
